Estimate or appraisal
Estimates are provided for work, and formal appraisals for value. An appraisal is a considered judgement of the instrument, not a guess over the phone.
The work, or the removal
Dollies are installed, keytops fitted, actions adjusted, Dampp-Chasers installed and pianos cleaned on site. Disposal and buying or selling are handled separately, with the move built in.
